Leek tart, parsnip and winter leaf salad and ...?

Making this tart and the recommended salad for lunch for friends on Monday.

What else works you serve?

I'm wondering about new potatoes and green beans, but am canvassing other ideas as they tend to be my go to.

I think new potatoes and green beans go.

You could do a grain salad or a potato salad.

I might swap the beans for asparagus, purple sprouting broccoli or roasted cabbage wedges but there’s nothing wrong with your menu as it stands.
