Favourite scallop recipes

I've got some queenies - was going to do a thai-ish stir fry. Or possibly do them with bacon garlic and cream. Anyone any suggestions?

ooh there's an idea. I love a risotto....

I'd do black pudding crumb and garlic butter
or chorizo and garlic butter
or just garlic butter and lemon

We always have them pan seared finished with butter chilli garlic and loads of fresh herbs

Simple but delicious

Maybe samphire on side

Make a mango, cranberry and chili salsa and serve seared scallops on top with a lime butter.

Seared, with a nice sharp beurre blanc.

Wrap in streaky bacon and grill or air fry.
