What are your favourite sauces for duck apart from...

contd from title... apart from orange, plum or cherry as I tend to rotate through those and am looking for something different. Doesn't have to be fruity, the above are just my usual favourites.
To go with simply roasted breasts & legs, roast potatoes and probably carrots & tenderstem broccoli.
I know I can Google but am interested in what people find works well.

I really dislike fruity sauces so I always do a creamy sauce if I'm having with potato etc. Either mushroom, mustard or green peppercorn. I do tend to favour duck in a nice Asian style salad or a spicy noodle and veg dish. Also quite enjoy it tandoori style with roasted veg.

I do a Chinese 5 spice coating and make a gravy with it. It's adapted by me from a Two Fat Ladies recipe that also includes gin.

I've also eaten duck with strawberries.

With roast duck I often do a port and Cumberland sauce gravy.
