Can anyone recommend me an easy noodle recipe, to make in a wok, for my 12 year old?

We already make one where we fry off garlic, onions in sesame oil. Then fry off the cooked noodles and mix with soy sauce and hoisin sauce. It's really manageable. Any other easy-ish ideas?

Add some thinly sliced chicken/pork/beef or prawns and veg for a balanced meal.

Marion Grasby (from Masterchef Australia) has some awesome rice and noodle recipes on her website - Marionskitchen.com

I made this last night

fry some garlic then made a paste with some peanut butter and coconut milk. Add more of the coconut milk and then pop in some veg, noodles and whatever else you like I did- prawns, soya sauce, lime, coriander and spring onions 😋

You can buy precut veggies for stir fry and seasoned/marinated tofu. Heat oil and stir fry the veg for 2 mins, add tofu and fry for 2 mins, add noodles and fry for 2 mins, put on soy sauce and fry for 1 min.

Recommend the Wagamama cook books, dc enjoyed creating from those at that age.

Ramen can be very simple & delicious! Lots of easy recipes online & also 1 I like on the Wagamama website

Thinly sliced beef marinated in dark soy, honey and garlic for 5-10 mins, meanwhile sliced a pepper and an onion. Fry off pepper and onion, once cooked add beef and soy/honey/garlic mix.

Once beef is cooked either add in the noodles for two minutes (for fried noodles) or not for plain noodles.

Adding peanut butter to soy sauce mixture then mixing into the stir fry noodles. Yum.

ramen, I usually do my own veg stock, then with ramen, add some kombu, simmer for 4 mins, fish out, add veg, add miso, add ramen, garnish

Try peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and garlic.

Does it have to be noodles? You can make egg fried rice very easily with microwave rice and frozen veggies (sacrilege I’m sure!!).

We had noodles today:
-first fry onions and garlic,
-add chilli
-add very thinly cut/shredded peppers, cabbage
and carrots
-chuck in some sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chilli
-add noodles
-at the end add sesame seeds for some texture

It was delicious. It also helps that it’s simple, quick and relatively cheap.

Add some rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce
Add mushrooms
Few tablespoons of water then add noodles to boil for a few minutes
Could also add prawns
