I've just had my first induction hob installed and need to replace most of my pans! Most pans now seem to say they work with induction hobs, but I've seen comments online that some work better than others, some take longer to heat up, some heat unevenly etc. Please hit me with your recommendations of the best saucepans, frying pans and roasting trays for induction hobs. I don't want to make any expensive mistakes!
