A good cheesecake recipe

Does anyone have a really nice cheesecake recipe they would be willing to share?
I like thick, heavy cheesecakes. My only requirement!

The base is made with gluten free biscuits but can be swapped for normal digestive biscuits

@Sweetcheesecake no, not the Nutella one, the cherry one posted a bit further back. It was gorgeous, even without the cherry compote.
