Homemade Hot Cross Buns - they were good!

Followed this recipe and not only did they look like hot cross buns, they tasted lovely too!

Just took forever to make - would have been much quicker to go to Sainsburys!

I made some too -= poor Jesus must have been a little overweight because my crosses had extra support in the middle!
i LIKED mine but they could have done with more kneading which was tricky with all the fruit.

Made mine in the bread machine - was really easy and just had to pipe the crosses before baking then brush a glaze on.

(Used a Fresh Bread in the Morning recipe)
