Yes. With the skin on. I think I would cook the crust a bit before putting in the filling.

Yeah she puts oil on and then puts it back in the oven in the video. Again like a quiche crust I guess! I think it could be nice!

Inspired by this thread I did this for supper and yes, it works! It's delicious! The potato base crisps nicely if you paint it and the tart tin with oil and blind bake it before adding the filling. I freestyled with sweated leeks, a dab of Dijon mustard and plenty of cheese. I was hoping for leftovers for tomorrow but DH wolfed the lot.

Unfortunately dairy is the problem for me. I can cope with hard cheese, but not cream or cream cheese, so I've been avoiding making quiches lately. Wondering if I can just use eggs and cheddar.
