Someone left the lid loose on the milk, and it's dripped all over a lovely beef roast:( like the beef is swimming in milk. I'm thinking a quick rinse, and the beef will be fine?

Yes. Wash it and go. No way I’d be wasting a nice bit of roast beef.

Of course! Call the milk a tenderiser 😂

Definitelylivedin · 10/02/2024 18:13

Not sure I'd even wash it. There are plenty of beef dishes cooked in cream after all.

I add a splash of milk to beef mince when frying, it helps tenderise it. It'll be fine.

Yes, wash and go. Don't see the problem unless there's cyanide in the milk?

Perfect. Didn't rinse it in the end. Took it out of the package and put it in a clean dish & covered.
