What are your favourite low cal snacks?

Need ideas please.

I'll be returning to work soon from two back to back maternity leaves. And I am in desperate need to keep up the healthy eating.

Can anyone recommend any healthy low calorie snacks?

Think I'm going to start making overnight oats again as they're filling until lunch time!

Thank you!

Couple of rice cakes with some low fat cream cheese is pretty good. Yoghurt. A mug of homemade soup can be less than a packet of crisps if you don’t load it with cream. A banana. Houmous is quite good to fill you up for a bit but you need to be careful with the portion size if you want it to stay low cal. I also quite like a sandwich thin done in a crimpet, can do a small amount of cheese and ham and the whole thing amounts to less than 250cal.

Honestly a cup of tea can hold you over for an hour before dinner, say if you're starving at 4pm.
Also I find a small handful of almonds, a few raisins, also a babybel light (yum)

I've made these this week

Homemade Banana and Oat Bar - I have it with 50g of fat free greek style yoghurt and 50g frozen mixed berries (defrosted obvs 😅)

Skinny maple syrup to sweeten

Cut up a load of raw veg, with a dip. Apple with peanut butter. Oatcakes. Breadsticks. Avoid anything labelled low calorie or diet; they’re so full of crap. Just have small nutrious snacks, focusing on whole foods.
