Meatballs gone wrong

I tried to make a lamb and lentil meatball curry. As the title suggests it went wrong! Meatballs totally fell apart but I carried on making the meal anyway in the hope i could turn it in to more of a keema style curry but I think it may even be beyond that tbh 😳
I know where I went wrong with the meatballs (too wet, should have refrigerated before cooking) but I don't want to have wasted a load of money on ingredients so is there any way that I can salvage this and make it look more appetizing?! The only thing Google has come up with is 'sloppy joes'

Add peas for keema.

Add pilau rice and call it byriani!

Either add more lentils to make it thicker, or add more liquid and make a mulligatawny soup?

Serve it on top of plain long grain rice and call it school dinner curry. Tell the family it's just like you remember it from school 😬

If you have any coconut flour (and if you think your curry will work with the coconut), add a couple of teaspoons of that and stir in. It sucks up liquid like nobody's business.

add Lots of coriander and a dollop of yoghurt, as long as it basically tastes nice, serve with rice and mango chutney.

I'm liking the idea of soup or biryani, both of which I could bulk out with more veg (peppers in the curry already)
Rice from the biryani may even help to soak up some of the excess liquid
