Did minimal google research and found nothing so made this up and my kid (egg, milk and gluten intolerant) declared them "as good as McDonalds"
Pack of chicken mini fillets cut into nugget size
GF plain flour
Soya milk
Salt and Pepper
Oil
Start heating oil in pan to a medium high heat (put extractor fan on!)
Lay out three bowls, put flour in the first and third and soya milk in the middle one.
Add salt and pepper to the flour bowls and mix in.
Put the chicken piece in the first flour bowl, cover completely, dip in the soya milk, then into the third flour bowl and put aside. Repeat for all pieces.
Fry the chicken - about 3 minutes each side.
Put onto kitchen roll to get rid of excess oil.
Pour yourself a drink and watch as your family hail you a domestic goddess
Open the windows.
