Shakshuka leftovers for lunch tomorrow?

Hello
doing a shakshuka lunch today (yum!)
and I wanted to do some leftovers for my DH so he can take to work tomorrow

What’s the best way to do the egg in this instance? Will they reheat ok in a microwave?
and I was thinking he could take it with nachos / bread and butter?

I've done it and just reheated it in the microwave. You don't get a nice runny yolk but other than that it's fine.

I have my leftovers without the egg but instead as a pasta sauce. It's delicious with pasta

I’d do the sauce and do microwave poached eggs in a mug to add in. They aren’t perfect that way but the sauce will help disguise any inadequacy in the egg
