Sourdough without a Dutch oven?

I usually use my trusty Le Creuset but tomorrow I have 2 loaves to bake and not really enough time to do them one after the other.

Any tips for how I can achieve this???

All the dutch oven does is keep the skin of the bread soft and elastic for longer so you get a better rise. Just slash the dough well and bake it on a tray. It'll be fine.
