Best slow cooker dump dinners cookbook?

I'm in a rut with my slow cooker and just keep doing simple casseroles. I don't want/need to make fruit crumble, pies, porridge etc. in it, I'm just looking for new dinner ideas where you spend, say, 10-20 minutes prepping and then dump it all in the slow cooker and walk away! What's the best slow cooker cook book you've found that would fit the bill please? Thanks!

Bored of lunch. I love his recipes and this one sounds like what you're looking for. He does have another one aswell plus lots of his recipes are available on his social media. It does have recipes for pies etc, but lots of dinner recipes too.

Even Easier

I use lots of recipes from the Taming Twins site aswell.

Not got a book.

Dump all ingredients for ratatouille cut chunky into the slow cooker, good slug of red wine or just a mug of water and the put a pork belly on top. Go to work for the day come home to delicious, juicy pork ready to be pulled with side of ratatouille!

Other favourite is chicken thighs, diced sweet potato, butternut squash, baby corn, red pepper & onion. Little tub of thai red curry paste (from M&S is our fav) and small tin of coconut cream. Half a mug of water. This is better if only cooked for up to 3 hours and dice your sweet potato smaller than you do the butternut squash as it takes longer to soften.

Love TamingTwins too. I gave up on my cook books and just google. Kids are quite fussy.
I don't do pre-cooking, so its what can be shoved in and left. Lots of jars and packet mixes work brilliantly. I add less or none of the water suggested, as supermarket meat has a lot of water in it. I always have cornflour in to thicken if needed.
Homepride hunter chicken jar is DS2 favourite. 8 chicken thighs, wrapped in bacon + a packet of prechopped stew mix = 2 nights. Or if I'm lazy just some chicken bits.
Naydia's new meatball packet mix is good, all goes in the slow cooker.
New Guiness pie mix also worked well. Covered it in bought pastry + finished in the oven.
Once you get confident with what normal recipies will work, the world is your oyster!
Whole joint recipes are also great, pulled port, brisket, honey gammon ham + rotisserie style chicken.
If you are going to be putting the slow cooker on when strapped for time, I recommend buying or freezing chopped veg to put in. Frozen base Mix is great too.

Batch lady is good. She's on Instagram and has a new book out soon.

Hunters Chicken is a great idea, just added a jar (on offer too!) to my supermarket order.

Sorry to any curry purists but I have discovered you can put all the raw ingredients for a curry in a bag, freeze, then defrost and slow cook or oven cook. It's a bit different from frying the onion and spices and then the meat and leaving to simmer, but still works well.

A second vote for Bored of Lunch. The one with the pale yellow cover is fab. Some really lovely recipes and they’re calorie counted!
