I have friends round for dinner tomorow night and have brought tuna steaks ready to cook Leiths tuna dish with green chillis/coriander. I have just realised that my book is in storage (living in rented accomodation at the mo with lots of our things in a jam packed storage unit!).
After 4 years of cooking Annabel Karmel recipes for the kids I can just about remember her basic dishes so I don't stand a chance of re-creating this dish without the recipe!
