Do you own Leith's Cookery Bible?

I have friends round for dinner tomorow night and have brought tuna steaks ready to cook Leiths tuna dish with green chillis/coriander. I have just realised that my book is in storage (living in rented accomodation at the mo with lots of our things in a jam packed storage unit!).

After 4 years of cooking Annabel Karmel recipes for the kids I can just about remember her basic dishes so I don't stand a chance of re-creating this dish without the recipe!

Please, please could someone give me a brief smmary of this recipe or email it to me? Thanks in advance!

Its delicious! This is the only book of hers I've got and I've only tried a couple of recipes. Any recommendations for other recipes(for when I get my book back which aren't too difficult) or other books?
