Does anyone else remember those little individual mousses in the 80s in a round plastic pot with a cardboard top you peeled off? (I think they were frozen and my DM put them in the microwave to warm up for a few seconds.)

Made apple crumble x 2 last week, one for parents, brought it round, both loved it.

NDN and best friend’s DM (87) brought round an equally yummy apple crumble this week made with gluten free flour. Perfect comfort food.

Oooh yes vanilla ice cream. Or custard. And definitely warm from oven or microwaved.
