I’m looking for some fish recipes the whole family will enjoy and aren’t massively complicated or time consuming. We all eat pretty much anything but DH not massively keen on salmon, we like bold flavours and I’m losing weight so avoiding high fat/creamy dishes. We cook with prawns (Indian & Thai curry and various rice dishes) but that’s about it and really want to cut down on our red meat consumption and introduce some variety with more fish and veggies.
