why autumn lamb in spring? there is a slow roast lamb recipe in waitrose food mag that looks really lovely.

I trust this is old style Delia and not tinned lamb chunks ?

I'm sure Delia wouldn't want you to bother with all that cooing, just buy a ready meal instead.

Between Moroccan and Basque?

I think the lemon and olives in the Moroccan make it more interesting than the peppers etc in the Basque one. I like peppers etc but it's just a bit too ordinary I think.

But then I only made Basque once ages back and decided I wasn't bothered about it, whereas I've done the Moroccan one lots so I may be biassed.
