Very light bread recipe

As above really. I'm not a fan of heavy, or doughy bread, even if the family are 🙄

Any tried and tested recipes for a light white loaf? I tend to made a medium size.

By hand r in the breadmaker?

Breadmaker preferably.

I don't really like the feel of bread dough so prefer not to touch it.
