Dairy free frozen pizza?

Anyone got any recommendations on where to get a dairy free pizza, I want a plain cheese pizza, but everywhere seems to have vegetables on it, I've recently discovered I'm lactose intolerant, love pizza but don't like many vegetables on pizza due to the texture, any help would be appreciated.

Buy a base, tomato pizza sauce and lactose free cheese. Much nicee.

Asda do one. The brand is "Kirsty's". I'd imagine most places do vegan margherita

What @Dartmoorcheffy said.

Or if you still want vegan pizza, this:

Kitstys or make your own with a pizza base. My daughter likes going to pizza express and asking for a vegan margarita with no vegan cheese but ham!

My local supermarket sell this brand but only have pepperoni.

Riatorante vegan pizza in the frozen free from section in Asda is the best you will find, it's delicious

DisforDarkChocolate · 13/01/2024 20:41

We buy bases, with or without sauce already on. Or pizza dough.

One planet pizza do a frozen vegan Margarita pizza. They’re stocked in some asdas.

I think I may try this, I've just had a m&s pizza and it wasn't nice at all, but I've found the dairy free cheese to be quite nice!

If you have a Morrisons with a pizza counter nearby they offer vegan 'cheese' and whatever toppings you want.

we use them all the time as they offer gluten free bases as well, never tried the vegan cheese as it's not an issue for us but they always offer it when we ask for a gluten free base.

Lottieskeeper · 13/01/2024 20:46

Dr Oetker Ristorante do a lactose free & gluten-free range of pizzas, and my daughter who is intolerant of both of those absolutely loves them. I've had some and it's nice.
We get them from Sainsburys or Asda

Mozzarella is very low lactose, unless you are strictly avoiding dairy then you could have a standard pizza.

I've read that too, but I'm avoiding it completely at the moment as lately anything dairy has caused excruciating stomach pains.

I have the same problem with dairy but I also find the gluten in pizza bases makes me even worse. Cathedral city do the best vegan cheese though. You really can't tell its plant based at all.

I've had that this week, even my dh couldn't tell the difference, it really is nice!
