How to make pork medallions?

I saw James Martin on Saturday Kitchen wrap a pork fillet in cling film and then cut it into medallions. I wondered if that was all there was to it? It was during the last series so my memory might have simplified it.

Get pork loin and slice it up.

I was aiming for the nice round shape and not all falling apart look.

cling film will do that. roll it nice adn tight.
