Favourite Ottolenghi Recipe?

I want to try more Ottolenghi recipes as the few I have tried have been so tasty. Can you recommend your favourites please?

I love this one but don't add the orange or fennel (two flavours I don't like). Delicious without them.

This chickpea salad was the one I was here to recommend. Amazing, intense flavours and pretty straightforward to make.

Beef meatballs with broad beans and lemons

We had the pork and the chickpeas a few months ago - both were delicious

This aubergine parmigiana pie is incredible. It’s an interesting twist on a classic. It was one of my favourite recipes I made last year.

The confit chickpeas and miso peanut salad mentioned above are also great.
