Me and my husband are following the Fast 800 keto plan. It's basically low-carb, but not actually keto (essentially protein and lots of veg, roughly 800 calories per day). Do you have any interesting ideas for batch cooking please? My well of inspiration is running pretty dry at the moment! I usually cook from scratch every day, but it would be really handy for days when I go to the office to just pull something out of the freezer. Thanks!
