Can I have your suggestions for a complete brunch menu, as opposed to individual recipes? Thanks!

It depends on what you want really.

I have done brunch in many ways some examples would be

Do a full fry up so sausage Bacon, eggs, black pudding, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms toast etc and have it all in dishes dor people to help themselves.

Another that I do is greek yogurt and berries with honey followed by
Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese. You can substitute that salmon for bacon or ham.

A selection of croissants, bagels, Crumpets, Pancakes, English muffins with good butter, a couple of jams and a nice marmalade maybe with some honey, chocolate spread etc. Served with a large fruit salad.

Avocado toast with, salmon, and poached eggs or pesto eggs served on lightky toasted sourdough followed by yogurt and berries.

A good selection of sweet pastries like Danish, brioche etc.

Good proper coffee in a french press and good tea. Also I include herbal teas.
Fresh fruit juices.
We aren't big drinkers but would have some fizz for special occasions

Just a few suggestions but the best thing about brunch is that it is so very flexible.

I agree with the above.

Pastries and jam/butter
Greek yoghurt with Berry compote
Am a big fan of Shakshuka with bacon and sourdough on the side.
Also Eggs Royale (poached with smoked salmon and hollandaise on toasted muffins)
Tomato juice/Virgin Mary
Bucks fizz or Ruby Grapefruit juice

I tend to vary what I serve to eat but always include fresh coffee, tea in a pot, and juice to drink.

Generally for food I’ve fallen into a habit of always having fruit/yogurt, something savoury and something sweet but mix it up depending on my mood. This usually means that there is something for everyone.

In summer the fruit might be a big bowl of berries. In winter I might do individual cups with banana and honey on the bottom, Greek yogurt and granola sprinkled over the top. Also I might do stewed fruit depending on what’s in season.

For the savoury it might be bacon and/or sausage sandwiches, smoked salon bagels, frittata, breakfast quiche or shashuka.

The sweet lately has been waffles but could be muffins, cinnamon rolls, danish pastries or other sweet breakfast foods.

Nothing to add, except to say that I love brunch! Pastries and bagels, with Paysan Breton cream cheese and salmon...yum!

I would do…

Fresh juice, coffee and tea
A selection of pastries and fruit salad
Shakshuka (with chorizo if no veggies) with crusty bread and nice butter
