What's your favourite panacotta recipe? I've just made my first - whisky flavoured and delish - which do you love?

Yes, feeling darn proud of myself ... I made it twice, first time it could have bounced off the floor it was so rubbery so I cut the gelatine and achieved that perfect smooth wobble.

So now I'd like to branch out on flavours... do you have one you've made and loved, including that perfect wobble?

Passionfruit without a doubt, no particular recipe though, I just follow quantity on gelatine pack for setting. For effect you can set it in the empty passion fruit skin, make it a stand first by dropping blobs of white chocolate on parchment and putting skin on it so it sets and stands up. Not enough for a full portion obviously but nice served with a second option as well 😊
