Give me your spinach receipies!

I have a lot of fresh spinach to use was going cook it with fish but used it for something else.
I have done spinach and chickpea curry before and love that but thought about trying something different. I like pasta but have been looking at maybe something with eggs. Recipe suggestions?

Eggs Florentine!

Spinach shakshuka
Strata

Salad:

Cut feta into cubes.
Peel and cut up 1-2 oranges per block of feta. Cut up, not segment. You want to release the juice.
Add raw spinach.
Add sunflower seeds.
Dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. You could mix a 1/4tsp of mustard powder with the balsamic for extra zing.

Mix. Enjoy.

Came on to say eggs florentine too - a firm favourite in our household. Great thing about spinach is you can bung it in just about anything and it mushes down: curries, spag bol, casseroles, etc.

If it's nice spinach, as a stand-alone Italian style. Washed and well-dried with a salad-spinner, salt and sear in olive oil in small portions at high temperature with raisins and very thinly sliced garlic.
