Cashew curry

A pub I went to this summer served an amazing Sri Lankan cashew curry. With all the nuts around at this time of year I’ve suddenly remembered it. Does anyone happen to have an equally amazing recipe?

What about if you have a chicken curry recipe that you replace half the chicken with nuts?
