Simmer with a little caster sugar till softened. Eat with Greek yogurt or cream and meringue nests.

Bake in muffins with some orange zest
Make a flavoured vodka or gin
Add to flapjacks or granola bars
Cook with cocktail sausages for a NYE nibble

Pecan and cranberry bread? In a meat pie?

Freeze into ice cubes , looks pretty in drinks.

Either a cranberry tart or cranberry curd.

Make a very loose "jam" by boiling with a small amount of water and about 150g sugar.
Slice 4 (pealed) bananas in half lengthwise and dot with about 50g butter. Spread cranberries over the top, and bake for 30mins at 180.
Serve hot or warm (with cream or icecream)

Also cranberries freeze well if you don’t fancy using them right now.

Thanks everyone, some good ideas here. Quite fancy in a crumble! And in muffins and flapjacks! New year diet will have to wait.
