I left 2 x 1kg pieces of brisket in the slow cooker on low for eight hours today and went out.
The sc turned off after that time and when I got home, discovered it is still not tender!
Was going to 'pull' it to make chilli tomorrow but don't think it will work now!
Any ideas how I can rescue it? I don't want lumps of tough beef in my lovely chilli!!!! 😩 🙏🏻
