I made them today ready for playgroup on Tuesday morning. How do I keep them without them going stale?

Freeze them and take them out tomorrow night?

Wrap in foil and put in a tub, should be fine.

Eat them and make some more on Tuesday morning. Easy peasy.

Should I separate them first? atm they're still in the baking tray, cut into squares.

Yeah, store them in your stomach.

Great plan soupy. But I did them today so as not to have to do them on Tuesday (have made ginger cookies for eating now... who says having children rots your brain!)
