Fairly urgent: Delia's Parmesan parsnips: has anyone successfully cooked a day ahead and reheated (rather than just prepared ahead)

I introduced a friend to Delia's Parmesan parsnips a few years ago and now they are a regular feature of her Christmas meal.
Like me, she often prepares and freezes them in advance or prepares them the day before but always cooks on the day, as per recipe. She's just phoned me to ask if I've ever fully cooked them the day before and then reheated as she has a big crowd tomorrow and is looking to prepare even more than usual. I haven't so don't know the answer. Personally if I wanted to do this I'd part bake them now then finish off tomorrow so they crisp up but not sure if that would work and would hate her to chance it. Said I'd ask on here - quick responses appreciated thank you

They are amazing cooked on Christmas Day, and then any left over are even better on Boxing Day, so yes they can be cooked on one day and reheated the next
