I have a 4.7kg boneless turkey crown. No instructions.
Websites seem to vary.
Looking at 4.5 hrs but that seems a lot!

I would say that's way too long. Around 3 hours

Cooking instructions for turkey crown:

Heat the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Smear the butter all over the turkey crown and season all over with salt and pepper. Put in a roasting tin skin-side up and roast for 70 mins plus 20 mins per kg, or until the internal temperature reaches 65-70C.

So... just over 2.5 hours

Just quickly Googled it. You have a 10lb bird there. 4.5 hours is about right.

I've just cooked a 4.35kg crown for 3hrs...come out cooked no problem, so I'd say just over that...at 170c fan

I did it for 4 hrs and it was perfect. Phew.
