Should I freeze my stollen?

Have made the BBC Good Food stollen wreath recipe today. Planning on eating it between Boxing Day and 28th or so. Does anyone know if it’s likely to taste better if I freeze it now or just wrap it up and put in a tin?

I made the Nigel slater one. It was so good I had to freeze it- either that or eat it all in one go. It froze and defrosted brilliantly. It’s a yeast, egg, butter dough with dried fruits and marzipan.

Thank you so much. Yes this was pretty much the same ingredients. I think I will freeze it as am worried it will dry out otherwise. Reassuring that freezing didn’t hurt yours!

Problem was it tasted equally good frozen, so didn’t slow me down much 😂
