Does anyone have any advice for cooking vermicelli (angel hair) pasta? Whenever I try, it goes clumpy (almost gungy) even if I only cook for a few minutes. This is the one I have https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/sainsburys-italian-vermicelli-500g

You drop it into soup, don’t you?

It doesn’t get drained and served, just lives in the broth until you eat it.
