What to serve for a Boxing Day tea?

Hosting about 10 people on Boxing Day and doing a buffet style tea. Won't have any leftovers as elsewhere on Christmas Day. What sort of thing would you serve?

Barbecue Pulled pork done in the slow cooker served with bread rolls, coleslaw, stuffing and apple sauce.

That's what I'm doing Xmas Eve for everyone.

I'd do a ham with help yourself potato wedges etc
It perfect time to do something Greek leg of lamb,pittas, Greek salad, etc

Sausage cobs, stuffing, apple sauce, a load of roast potatoes or wedges, salad leaves, cheeseboard, cake, trifle.
