I've got a crowd coming over and am going to do some curries. We have meat eaters and vegetarians.
I'm happy with the vege options but don't know which chicken curry to make.
Please share your favourite recipes Smile

I’m a huge Meera Sodha fan and her Mum’s Chicken Curry is my go to simole curry sauce recipe. It’s easy to make, delicious and a crowd pleaser.

One of my all time favourite curry recipes though is pistachio and yogurt curry. It’s so fragrant and aromatic, with a strong cardamom taste which I love.

And if you’re after a side, the Dishoom broccoli salad is wonderful. It’s fresh and vibrant and crunchy. All the elements can be prepped in advance and put together last minute.

Dishoom Chicken Ruby. Totally delicious.

Also highly recommend the Dishoom Chicken Biryani - have done this twice as part of an Indian spread for lots of people and it always goes down well.

Thank you all! Some great ideas 😊

TheTripThatWasn't my son has made us that Dishoom chicken ruby and agree, it's fabulous. I might see if he fancies doing it again!

My go to for any Indian recipes are Meera Sodha, Monica Haldar (The Spice Club), and Chetna Makan. All give consistently good results and are fairly accessible - very few of their recipes use difficult techniques or speciality ingredients.

I also concur with PP that the broccoli salad is great, I always order it when in Dishoom and have made it multiple times for various guests and have been asked for the recipe every time.
