Failsafe delicious, simple FUDGE recipe please

Anyone got a failsafe fudge recipe please that I don't need a sugar thermometer to make.

It must create yummy result though, so simple but delicious fudge please!

Ideally a recipe that can be adapted to make vanilla fudge, chocolate fudge etc
