Not carbonara because I made that yesterday and have a spare packet and no inspiration.

My daughter's favourite if I said we had a pack of bacon to be used up would ask for French toast and bacon 😋

We have been making chicken pasta with arrabiata sauce and adding bacon to it.

Hot pot. Layer sliced potatoes, sliced onions, bacon. Salt. Pepper. End with potatoes on top. Oven hottish for an hour or more. Potatoes crispy on top, everything else soft and tasty.

Seconded. There is little that beats a bacon butty 😋

Chop up bacon and dry fry, add a pot of creme fresh and big blob of dolcelate cheese and pour over tagliatelle.
