I am experimenting with a ham for Christmas as a back up. I have one in the slow cooker as I type. I am using the boredoflunch version. After its in slow cooker, it goes in the oven for 30 minutes.
My plan is to do the slow cooker today then oven tomorrow for the crispy delicious top? Will that work? Or must I do it all today and just reheat it for a few minutes tomorrow?
