What can I eat for lunch at work?

Am sick of my rotation of cheese/marmite/peanut butter sandwiches!

It's a very small office we only have a kettle. I have tried cup a soups and mug shots but I'm not a big fan.

I just need some inspiration, in the summer I'm better at making big salads and taking leftovers the next day. But we're not eating many salads at the moment in the evenings.

Are you vegetarian?
Chicken and couscous
chicken or sausage sandwich
Home made chunky soup you take in a flask

Itsu miso soup sachets are very convenient. You can have it in a mug or bowl.

I sometimes bring in a handful of spinach leaves and some chopped mushrooms in a sandwich bag and throw into the soup too.

I sometimes take a jar of miso paste which I keep in the fridge, and this works out cheaper than the sachets, but the sachets are more convenient.

Get a thermal soup flask and make home made roasted red pepper tomato & garlic soup.

A big batch can last you 3 or 4 days in a sealed tight container.

Have that with a bagel thin, tuna salad or even a slice of bread with some butter.

Make up a fruit salad, some Greek yoghurt & honey and have that for a snack or breakfast.

Salads with baby potato's and a boiled egg.
