Soft food recommendations

I've had tooth extractions on both sides of my mouth, and wondering if anyone has recommendations for soft foods I can eat, when I'm past my current stage of only smooth soup and yogurt. I'm cautious that grains may get trapped in the socket, so risotto and congee are giving me some pause for now.

Will you be able to eat mince? I'm on a soft food diet following bariatric surgery and my favourite snack is hummus topped with mince fried up with Moroccan spice

Omelette
Mashed potato

Or you could have your usual meals but blend them to make a purée.

In terms of generic things - gnocchi, polenta, ramen, eggs, crepes (sweet or savoury), bananas, mash potato, Yorkshire pudding & gravy, stroganoff with noodles.

Yotam Ottolenghi’s (All the) Herb Dumplings with Caramelised Onions - this is a really nice option if you don’t mind putting in more work. And if you don’t want to spend quite so much on herbs you can substitute in spinach.

Miso Braised Aubergine - I think the silky aubergine would be soft enough, and this meal is so so nice. Only issue is what to serve it with if rice is off the menu.

Miso Mushroom Broth - this is beautiful and flavourful, would have to be a standalone light lunch rather than whole dinner without with side of rice.
