you are outside the ideal time, but not really in the danger time, a blurred line

MrsPoliportsGoose · 02/12/2023 18:09

Wow, my rule of thumb is 6 days then nuke the hell out of it! We've never been ill yet.

Daisies12 · 02/12/2023 18:12

Totally fine, I’d say a week is fine. I just ate soup which I made 2 weeks ago

Georgyporky · 02/12/2023 18:13

I'd eat it, but re-heat thoroughly.

It’s not. It’s 3 days.

When you have cooked mince and you’re not going to eat it straight away, cool it as quickly as possible and then put it in the fridge or freezer.
Leftovers should be put in the fridge within two hours of cooking, and eaten within three days.

I'd go 4 days then freeze. It's cooked so should be fine, enjoy!
