STICKY toffee pud recipe needed cooks ahoy !!

I need a sticky toffe pud that is

light on the sticky

heavy on the pud.

Some are so too sweet [ yuk icon] So I need a light pud with a drizzle of sauce.

What is your favourite toffee pud recipe or similar pud. Thanks for any help

My fav is Nigella Lawsons but that's the real deal and quite a feast. Dead easy to make though!

Nigella Lawson's Sticky Toffee Pud

It looks a bit wrody reading it but for the cake bit you bung it all in a bowl and mix and then sprinkle with sugar, dot with butter, add boiling water and straight in to the oven and somehow it all comes out as pudding with loads of sauce!

thanks for those ideas. I will make the sauce and serve separately .. Then easyone should be happy.
