Cooking for 15 between Xmas and NY then travelling then next day.
Was thinking massive meat stew and tagine that I can prepare in advance and freeze, baked pots and veg.
However maybe it would be nice to Lots of little bits but I need to travel 9am next day so all leftovers must be frozen.
Have 6yo kids so all last minute prep v hard!
Any ideas? Reckon I can get away with massive ham and bits, or will everyone be fed up of meat plus sides?
Also fam have offered help so could maybe bring jacket pots, pudding maybe
