I bought some the other day thinking the use by date was the 27th Dec but just checked and it's actually the 21st Dec.
I'm not precious about use by dates normally but also have never used this pastry before and I'm wondering if 6 days past UBD (need to bake it on the 26th) is going to cause issues. More thinking mouldy than anything else. I'd normally just bung it in the freezer but if says not suitable for freezing. It's for my PIL so I'd ideally like to not make them ill!
