Okay, perhaps I have been watching too much Master chef the professionals... but I love foams and they look like fun.
I've read a bit about it and it looks like the one to buy costs £80- iSi Gourmet Whipper from sous chef or similar.... and warnings around not economising for safety reasons....
So significant investment...and I am SO tempted!!! Imagines of parmesan foams, and a baileys one at Christmas... laughter with a daughter who has had a tough year...
But reality??? Anyone any experience? Is this fantasy or worth doing...
