Fancy dessert in individual glass dishes - any good recipes please?

I am hosting a dinner for 8 people and would love to make a good dessert. I have considered Black forest trifle with cherries in kirsch or something with Limoncello but not 100% sold on these.
I think something with booze would be nice as its Christmas season and we are all adults. I have some beautiful dishes so I may as well use them :)

Lemon posset is ridiculously easy and tastes delish. Serve with a shortbread finger.
