Buffet ideas that you can prep in advance

I'm having my family round for a Xmas eve celebration. There are 19 of us, 8 of the 19 are kids and a few veggies amongst us. I'm doing a buffet -i know a big pot of something would be easier but i want variety. Does anyone have any ideas or recipes for buffet type food that can be made in advance? I'm trying to take the pressure off the day so anything that can be made and frozen/chilled til actual day works well
Thanks in advance!

Pasta salad with pesto and rocket could be made the day before and stored in the fridge. Use pasta bows or spirals. Beetroot & chickpea salad can be made ahead of time.

You could make soup such as gazpacho or vichyssoise a couple of days beforehand and serve chilled in shot glasses.

Sausage rolls (standard and vegetarian) can be made in advance and reheated on the day. Things like mushroom pate can be made ahead of time.

Charcuterie board with meats, roasted veg, crackers, cheese
Large bowl of potato salad
Large bowl salad dressed up with chopped chestnuts and balsamic
Mozarella, tomato and basil salad
Chipolatas
Glazed ham
A large pot of something - chilli, curry, bolognese with pasta and garlic bread on the side
Nibbly bits - peanuts, crackers, popcorn, crisps, twiglets, olives, bread sticks etc
Pate and crusty bread
Tortillas with range of dips
Tray of mac and cheese

I did this last year and made both veggie and meat sausage rolls with bought flaky pastry. Add a dash of chutney to transform them. They were frozen and baked on the day and were a big hit.
A glazed ham
Warm bread
Garlic bread
Lots of dips
Cheeses
You can roast a tray of veg in advance and serve cold or warm up in the oven

I did loads of salads but I think I was the only one who ate them! There were a lot of teens / young 20s who just went for the bread and pastries.
