Chlorestrol lowering foods gor vegetarian

I am a vegetarian and have found my chlorestrol is too high. Any good foods to lower it? I also eat too much white pasta!

You need to change what you are currently eating to lower your cholesterol. Things like Benecol do work a little, but they are an expensive way to lower cholesterol.
